APPOINTMENT REQUESTS/ WALK-INS:

Every effort is made to accommodate your appointment requests. We highly suggest you book your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advanced to increase your chances of locking down your preferred date and time slot. We do get booked up fairly quickly, especially on Fridays. (*Unfortunately, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays) If your preferred slot is already taken, we do suggest scheduling for your next best date and time. We always try to take note of your first preferred appointment. If the slot you originally wanted suddenly becomes available due to a cancellation, we will always make the effort to contact you immediately and offer you the option to take that slot.

 

If it is your FIRST VISIT, we ask that you please arrive 15 mins prior to the scheduled appointment to allow time to complete all intake paperwork. If you would like a free consultation WITH POSSIBLE SAME DAY TREATMENT, please specify that when scheduling so our staff can reserve a long enough time slot to accommodate you.

Walk-ins are accepted but wait times are subject to the current schedule of the day. Wait times cannot be guaranteed. Walk-in appointments are squeezed in where the schedule allows and causes little to no delays to other clients' appointments. In order to avoid long wait times, we highly recommended calling the office to check how busy the clinic is prior to making your way in. 

 

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

 

This policy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Thank your for understanding.

We try our best to provide a courtesy reminder call when we can. We ask that you help us by setting an appointment reminder for yourself as well and keep the appointment reminders we provide you with in a safe place for easy reference.

 

 

LATE POLICY:

If you are running late for any reason, PLEASE CALL THE CLINIC and let us know. We will still try to accommodate you IF the schedule allows. We want to complete your service safely without rushing, but we also want to be fair to clients after you who arrive on time for their appointments. Please understand that depending upon how late you arrive relative to your time slot, we may need to reschedule your appointment.  We are located across a major mall on a fairly busy street that often has construction work being done. Out of respect and consideration for the Skincare staff and other patient, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY:

While we understand that you may have childcare issue(s), safety is a priority and it is not appropriate to bring your child under the age of 12 to your appointment. Our clinic is filled with dangerous tools, objects, and medications. Children may not be left unattended under ANY circumstance for liability reasons. Children without an appointment must be attended by another adult, who is NOT receiving services, at all times. Otherwise, you may need to reschedule your appointment should your child(ren) under the age of 12 come with you to the clinic.
